Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley, born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976, is among the greatest and most rich Reggae singers. In the classic cult movie Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album in 1996, With Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles like Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap was a perfect fit (remix) as well as Sensimelia. They all helped to establish Ky-Mani's status as a brand new reggae singer. Ky-Mani performed with Praswell of Fugees for Avenue in 1997. The song was a hugely hit cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley first appeared on stage in Miami in the Midem Theatre. Midem. Marley's show in the Cameo Theatre was broadcast live across 36 countries via Caribbean News Agency. Marley came to be the target of a bidding war. In 1997 he joined Gee Street/V2 Records. In the studio, he completed an album with P.M. Dawn on the track Gotta Be Movin On Up. Bob Marley
